A graduate of the Florida College of Natural Health (now a Cortiva Institute school) and the Northwest School of Animal Massage, Elizabeth obtained her national massage therapy certification in 2004 (BCTMB #424190-00), and municipal massage therapy licensure in Emeryville, CA, in 2005. After relocating to the Pacific Northwest, she earned the following massage therapy licenses:

  • Oregon (#20838) in 2014

  • Washington (#MA60523435; Small Animal Massage Practitioner endorsement; Intraoral Massage endorsement) in 2015

She is an American Heart Association certified BLS Provider, and American Red Cross certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED and Dog and Cat First Aid/CPR. Elizabeth is a Professional Member in good standing of the American Massage Therapy Association, and a Society for Oncology Massage Preferred Practitioner. Elizabeth’s practice includes trauma-informed, inclusive massage and bodywork for:

  • people living with Long COVID, ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis (MS), rheumatoid arthritis (RA), and other complex chronic and post-infection conditions

  • pregnant and postpartum people, especially those with complex medical conditions

  • infants, toddlers, children, and teens

  • people living with cancer and cancer survivors

  • burn survivors

  • supporting myofunctional therapy and tongue tie release

  • preparation for MMA surgery (maxillomandibular advancement)

  • Veterans and their families and caregivers, including those living with PTSD, TBI, presumptive disease such as COPD, cancer, or Gulf War Syndrome, and experiences of military sexual trauma (MST).

  • small animal maintenance, rehabilitation, and hospice
